Ms. Muskan Choudhary

Ms. Muskan Choudhary is an RCI-registered Rehabilitation Counsellor with specialised expertise in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She is a trained practitioner in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT, Level 1) and holds certification in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, enabling her to offer structured, evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique developmental and psychological needs of students.

Her professional interests encompass youth mental health, crisis intervention, and suicide risk management, designing and implementation of mental health policies and institutional protocols. She is deeply engaged in supporting students with emotional regulation, stress and anxiety management, dealing with academic stress, adjustment issues, interpersonal concerns, resilience building, life skills training, and psychological first aid. She is a professional member of the International Association for Counselling (IAC) and the International Council of Psychologists (ICP), affiliations that reflect her commitment to upholding international standards of professional excellence and staying abreast of advances in the global counselling and mental health practices.
