The story of Indraprastha College for Women is the gradual realization of the vision of empowerment and educational process that began in the heart of Old Delhi.
On May 20, in 1904, the institution took its first steps in the form of Indraprastha Putri Pathshala, welcoming the first batch of students into a rented building in Gali Anar, Chandni Chowk.
